基本情况

校聘教授,博士生导师。2013年毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院,获理学博士学位。主要从事集成电路参数提取和计算光刻相关的电磁场计算方法和理论研究,在非线性Maxwell的均匀化理论、电磁波散射和反散射问题等方面取得了突破性的研究成果。在SIAM系列杂志,Inverse ProblemIMA J. Numer. Anal.等国际著名杂志上发表学术论文20余篇。
